ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Choose the number of characters you would like in the listing (pets count as characters too).
 
2. Please provide me with the following information:
- Photos of each character (separate or group photos)
- Descriptions of clothing type you are interested in (casual, pajamas, formal...).
- Description of height differences if it isn't shown in photos.
- Any custom text, banner and font choices
 
3. Once the portrait is complete a proof will be sent back to you for your approval so any changes can be made.
 
4. Once approved you will receive final digital files (PDF and JPG) it could be portrait or landscape depending on the amount of characters.
 
5. You can then print your portrait ready to frame, you could also use the illustration on invites and cards, and post on social.
 
Please note...
 
- Illustrations take up to three weeks. If you expect this before Christmas please order by 12/15 at the very latest, and indicate it is for the holiday. I will do my best to get it to you on time.
 
Once your portrait is complete you can ask for up to two lots of amendments.
Once I have started your portrait I cannot offer a refund as the product is completely custom.
